2 questions first is it copy righted second if it's not can't somebody just take the photo right there and save it?
Yes it is copyrighted, and as you can read there are 30 sets of armor, that second clean image only contains 4 (of various colors).

Would it be alright to use these assets in a streamed game of dnd?
Yes! That would be perfectly fine!
Also, same question, but for the Half Princess Adventure Pack?
